  • A white outline, flat colour, or simple gradient background is included in the base price.

  • Simple backgrounds (like the third example here) are available, but might be an additional cost depending on the complexity of your request.

  • All commissions are for personal, noncommercial use exclusively. You may not reproduce this artwork in any way for profit and you are prohibited from using it for AI Work, AI data training, NFTs, blockchain, and anything crypto adjacent.

  • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason. I will let you know if there is an issue with your request.

  • Price is subject to change depending on the complexity of your request. You will receive a quote before an invoice is issued.

  • You may post the finished piece to your personal social media accounts but please include credit with a link back to my page when you do!

  • I will typically share your commission on my own socials with similar credit. If you do not want me to post your piece and/or tag you publicly, please advise beforehand. If you would like to be credited, please provide your @!

  • I will never sell or reproduce commissions that include original characters, but If you commission me to draw fanart, I may use and sell those as prints in the future.

  • The artist, Chaikachi, not the customer, retains copyright of the final artwork.

Payment

  • While prices here are listed in USD, all invoices will be issued in CAD. This may appear more expensive due to the exchange rate, but will equal to roughly the same as the initial quote upon completion of transaction.

  • Once I receive and approve your request, you will be sent an invoice. Upon receipt of payment, I will begin working on your commission.

  • No refunds once payment has been received.

  • All prices include one character to start. Additional characters are extra but price varies depending on complexity of request.

  • Detailed backgrounds are available for an extra charge but only for Full Colour Commissions.

Commission Process

  1. To order a commission, please email me at chaikachiarchive@gmail.com; social media DMs are not recommended as they glitch and I often miss new messages. While I will do my best to respond promptly, please give me at least 3-5 business days to reply.

  2. When submitting a request, please provide clear instructions and visual references. Telling me what you want and what you don’t helps make my job easier and ensures the finished product is actually what you're looking for!

  3. I keep 2-5 commission slots open at a time. Once slots have been filled, remaining accepted requests will be added to a queue and will you be contacted when another opening is available.

  4. Commission time varies, but each piece will typically be delivered within 6-8 weeks at most. Chibi and Sketch tiers are usually finished quicker than this. If you have a specific deadline you need something finished by, please let me know upfront and I will let you know if that time frame is doable.

  5. Unless otherwise requested, you will only receive two check-ins. The first is after the initial sketch to approve the composition, and the second will be after the colours are completed. These are to update you on progress and give you an opportunity to make adjustments. One to two minor changes are okay throughout the process or at the end, but larger fixes will be subject to an additional fee. This applied to all tiers except for Sketch Commissions.

  6. Once your commission is finished, you will receive it in two separate files. One for screen resolution (72dpi) and another for print resolution (300dpi). If you require it in a specific format or certain dimensions, please let me know as early along in the process as possible.
